I like this brand. It's always high-quality. It was my dream and I bought my bag here. It's perfect.

Calvin Klein Review

I loved shopping from Calvin Klein! Although they are a bit on the pricier side as a mid-luxury brand, it is totally justified by the quality of their clothes. Shipping and customer service was great too!

Horible online buying experience!

I purchased something online & 15 days later when their tracking link stopped working I called to find out where my order was and I was told they couldn't deliver...but couldn't tell me why. So I had to demand a refund and they said they couldn't do a refund until they get the order back...like that was my problem that they were not competent enough to ship me some underwear and keep my $135.00 tied up 15 to 20 days! I will never order from them again!

Poor customer service and refund service

Item returned as the size didn't fit, took 10 days to acknowledge receipt. Still not had a refund after 4 weeks. Reading other review sites and I am certainly not alone. Keep getting excuses and no explanation just we will look into it. Have they resolved, no. I have escalated to my bank to resolve, hopefully they will resolve but I have learned a lesson not to order anything else from Calvin Klein

I have bought clothes, belts and wallets from this company, nice designs, quality is good but not excellent.

No refund after nearly 3 months

This company are pants! I asked for a return label Christmas Day to return a t shirt! I finally got a label after lots of emails 3 weeks later. I returned the t shirt on 20 Jan. After hearing nothing, I sent many emails in February & had no reply. They finally confirmed mid February, they received the T-shirt on 22 January but I’d have to wait for a confirmation email to get a refund but due to brexit there are delays. I’m still waiting for a confirmation email and am still no nearer to getting a refund, it’s nearly 3 months. I’m at a loss at what to do as I’m constantly being ignored.

I wish i read reviews first

I wish i read reviews first! Its so bad, i placed an order for a pair of trainers as my friend had a birthday coming up, trainers i received was already worn!! And the smell was unbearable, they probably just sent them straight to me after someone returned them. Called customer service they offered me 10% off next purchase, but as a new client i already had this, didnt re solve my problem.... i would never recommend them, it was first and a last time i did place an order from them, package was poor too.

I wish i came here first!!

I wish i came here first, i never had a problem ordering from Calvin Klein but this was my 1st return. Ordered on 15th jan and sent back 2 pairs of jeans, eventually i got an email on 16th feb stating they had received the returned items and are working on my refund but due to brexit things had changed so would be delays and they would email when processed THEN i would have to wait up to 10 days, today (2nd march) i email cs asking for update on refund and get asked for proof of postage????? Really?? So i forward the email they sent that clearly says they received my items. Now waiting for a response but not much hope for my money back, thanks a lot for looking after your customers Calvin Klein you just lost one

Fantastic service

Wow, that month I bought a very cool jacket of this brand. I liked it so much that you can't pass it on. I recommend, you can buy this brand with confidence! I was very pleased with the fast delivery and the fact that the hotline communicated with me from the beginning to the end of the order.

No refundo de la items returno

Same as the others, Still waiting for a refund around 3-4 weeks since the items were returned.
Customer service giving me school boy excuses like "backlog at our warehouse" & "due to a technical issue, we are experiencing delays with the processing of the returns."
They kept on giving me school boy excuses, surprised a brand like CK would take as long as they have.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. I asked for a refund which they received. I emailed them several times with a basic response of some sort of delay. 6 weeks later I’d had enough. I sent a not so pleasant email demanding my money back. Yet again said there were delays but I finally got my refund after over 6 weeks. Absolute joke. Quick to take your money but not to give it back.
